OK, Ok, ok… I’m officially on twitter. You can see my twitter feed over in the sidebar of my blog here. And I think I’ve got it set to update my status of Facebook too. I’m really bad at updating my status there, so maybe this will fix that. If you want to view my twitter page, go here. If you don’t know what twitter is… well, you should.
And if you are using twitter, let me know here.
Happy twittering.
It’s officially the last week of my 20’s. A couple weekends ago some friends and I headed to Estes Park, CO to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We had a great time, despite the fact that we actually got stuck in Burlington, CO because of snow. I know snowed-in in April, crazy! I’m not sure what we were thinking going some place cold, but we really did end up having a great time. We ate entirely too much, played American Idol karaoke on Wii - I believe I won, but only because we made Nikki sing Bohemian Rhapsody. We sat in the hot tub, that was right out side the door of our little 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in. And we went hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. It really was a nice weekend to get away, and get to know each other better. We also had some great conversations about just being women, and the struggles (spiritually speaking) that come with that, like body image, and living up to our expectations, etc.
Just thought I’d give you an update of what’s been going on in my world. :)

Yeah, the weekend is finally here. I’ve been rather busy lately, so pardon my lack of writing. Things are good though. Tonight I’m planning on going over and hanging out with my brother and his family. Should be a fun evening. I actually don’t have much going on this weekend, and I’m really looking forward to it. I do of course have a whole laundry list of things I want to get done. Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day, so that should help.
Next weekend I’m headed to Colorado with some girlfriends in honor of our 30th birthdays. Yes, it’s true, I’m turning 30 in less than a month! I still can’t believe that I’m that old, I don’t feel like it. There are 5 of us who all sing on worship team turning 30 this year, so we decided to celebrate with a girls weekend. One of the 5, moved to Denver recently, so the other 4 of us, are headed out for a visit. Should be a really fun time. We’ve been planning since like December, so I can’t believe it’s just a few days away! I’m so excited… about the trip, not necessarily about turning 30!
Hope you all are doing well! And that you have a nice relaxing weekend ahead of you as well.
